Construction of: NDV PLAZA - WATERLINE EXTENSION - 1153 LF 8" Waterline, 3 Fire Hydrant Assemblies, and related appurtenances. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. BIDDER agrees that the Work: Will be substantially completed within 15 Working Days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run as determined below, and completed and ready for final payment within 20 Working Days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run. Construction cannot begin until site grading is completed by others, which is anticipated within 30 days of Bid Date. BIDDER must choose a start date that is no later than December 2, 2024. The Contract Time will commence to run on this date.
