The base bid generally includes: Milling of approximately 2,400 SY of roadway, excavation of approximately 1,900 SY of roadway, paving of 4,300 SY of the associated roadway, removal and replacement of 350 feet of concrete curb and concrete flatwork, construction of 6 ADA compliant ramps, installing thermoplastic striping, resetting inlet castings and replacement of storm sewer Eco Heads, and other related construction work. Alternate bid #1 generally includes milling and paving of approximately 930 SY of roadway, and installing limited amounts of white thermoplastic striping. Each bid must be accompanied by (i) all documents listed on the Bid Document Submission Checklist, as applicable, and (ii) a bid guarantee in an amount not less than Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid price as established in the Bid, not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($20,000.00). The bid guarantee must be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check, must be drawn to the order of Delanco Township and must be delivered simultaneous with the sealed bid.
