The Township is issuing this RFP to assess proposals from Redevelopers interested in the acquisition and redevelopment of a portion of a previously designated Rehabilitation Area which is comprised of approximately 11.5+/- acres of a Township owned property in Delanco. Those properties are commonly known as Block 2100, Lot 11 on the tax map of the TOWNSHIP OF DELANCO, Burlington County, State of New Jersey. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received for these services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
