The Project Generally Includes: Installing New Compliant Handicap Ramps, Including Removing and Replacing Concrete Curb and Associated Asphalt Pavement, Replacing 4" Thick Concrete Sidewalk, Installing Concrete Header Curb as Directed, Detectable Warning Surfaces, Striping Crosswalks and Stop Bars Using a Thermoplastic Paint, Selective Inlet Head and Grate Replacements, and Topsoil & Seed Restoration. Notice is Hereby Given. This is a Section 3 Project of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, and, to the Greatest Extent Feasible, Opportunities for Training and Employment Must Be Given to Low and Moderate Income Persons Residing Within the Project Area; and the Project Must Utilize Businesses Located in or Owned in Substantial Part by Persons Residing Within the Project Area. ach Bid Must Be Accompanied by (I) All Documents Listed on the Bid Document Submission Checklist, as Applicable, and (Ii) a Bid Guarantee in an Amount Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price as Established in the Bid, Not to Exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($20,000.00).
