Description

Site work, paving and renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot in Delanco, New Jersey. Completed plans call civil work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project involves installing new compliant handicap ramps, including removing and replacing concrete curb and associated asphalt pavement, replacing 4-inch thick concrete sidewalk, installing concrete header curb, detectable warning surfaces, striping crosswalks and stop bars using thermoplastic paint, and topsoil and seed restoration. The Base Bid consists of 14 handicap ramps and Alternate Bid #1 consists of 2 handicap ramps.
