Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Delanco, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Bids received after the designated time shall be deemed unresponsive and shall not be opened. The Project generally includes: Excavation and paving of approximately 5000 SY of roadway excavation and paving, the removal and replacement of 785 LF if concrete curb and 300 SY of concrete flatwork, construction of ADA compliant ramps, installing thermoplastic striping, replacement of storm sewer Eco Heads, inlet reconstruction, and other miscellaneous site work. The bid guarantee must be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check, must be drawn to the order of Delanco Township and must be delivered simultaneous with the sealed bid. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C.17:27, and all other applicable laws referenced within the drawings, specifications and contract documents. Question Deadline 09/05/2025 All challenges to bid specifications, questions and/or interpretations are to be presented no later than ten (10) business days prior to the bid opening and must be in writing, email is not acceptable. Challenges to the bid specifications filed thereafter shall have no effect on bid award. Delanco Township reserves the right to (i) reject all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 and (ii) to waive minor informalities and/or nonmaterial exceptions in any bid should it be in the interest of the Township to do so. Further, Delanco Township shall reject any bid that contains material nonconformities or conditions or which is materially nonresponsive. In the event the Township does not reject all bids as permitted under N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4, and other applicable laws, the Project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
