The work generally includes the Cured-In-Place (CIP) lining of approximately 1,120 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer main, the testing and sealing of approximately 32 sewer laterals, and all other ancillary work required on Delview Lane and Larchmont Drive. Bids must be made on the standard bid form contained within the drawings, specifications, and contract documents, in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the project title on the outside, and addressed as specified. Each bid must be accompanied by all documents listed on the Bid Document Submission Checklist, as applicable, and a bid guarantee in an amount not less than ten percent of the total bid price, not to exceed $20,000. The bid guarantee must be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check, drawn to the order of Delanco Sewerage Authority and delivered with the sealed bid. Bidders must comply with all applicable laws referenced within the project documents. The Delanco Sewerage Authority reserves the right to reject all bids or waive minor informalities and non-material exceptions in any bid, and shall reject any bid that contains material nonconformities or is materially nonresponsive.
