Mid-block Chippewa Street, replacement of two storm sewer intakes. 3. Woodlawn at Karen Street, two single& two double directional ADA sidewalk curb ramps. 4. Woodlawn at Lindale Street, two single & one non-directional ADA sidewalk curb ramps. 5. Kevindale at Karen Street, two single directional ADA curb ramps. 6. Kevindale at Lindale Street, curb replacement. 7. Kaufmann at North Grandview Avenue, four single & two double directional ADA sidewalk curb ramps. Replacement of four storm sewer intakes. Work on the Project must be commenced within ten (10) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued and shall be fully completed by July 31, 2025. The intersection North Grandview Avenue and Kaufmann Avenue will need to be completed by June 30, 2025 Each Bidder must accompany its Bid with a Bid security as security that the successful Bidder will enter into a contract for the work Bid upon and will furnish after the award of contract a corporate surety Bond, acceptable to the governmental entity, for the faithful performance of the contract, in an amount equal to one hundred percent of the amount of the contract. The Bid security must be in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the contract and must be in the form of a cashier's check or certified check drawn on a state-chartered or federally chartered bank, or a certified share draft drawn on a state chartered or federally chartered credit union, or the Bidder may provide a Bid Bond with corporate surety satisfactory to the governmental entity. The Bid Bond must contain no conditions except as provided in this section. No Pre-Bid Construction Conference will be held. The City of Dubuque, Iowa, reserves the right to reject any and all Bids.
