The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, Demolition and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Replacement of existing controllers with new controllers for all existing dual duct vav boxes (DDVAV). Replacement of existing damper actuators with new actuators for each DDVAV box. 2. Replacement of existing wall-mounted space temperature sensors with new sensors without local override throughout the buildings. 3. Control and monitoring of existing exhaust fans associated with existing perimeter RH units. 4. Replacement of controllers with new controllers for all existing unit heaters (UH) and cabinet unit heater (CUH). 5. Modification of the existing BAS graphics to match the newer graphics from the recent Security Corridor project. All new software licenses necessary for the upgrade. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor or as a Subcontractor the work for at least 2 contracts which have achieved Substantial Completion since March 1, 2019, for construction of BAS system modifications and/or replacement. Each of these contracts MUST have had a construction value of $50,000 or greater. Project Manager responsible for this project has had at least 5 years of experience with BAS system modifications and/or replacement similar in scope and value to this project. Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $50,000 or greater. This solicitation includes required insurance as recommended for the project's specifications and scope of work. It is highly encouraged potential responders review Section 00 73 16 Insurance Requirements, as well as AIA A201, Article 11 of the project manual in the solicitation before submitting a response.
