The work includes approximate quantities of major items as follows: Clearing & Grubbing - 0.3 AC Common Excavation - 1,500 CY Select Granular Embankment - 2,120 CY Common Embankment - - 1,700 CY Aggregate Base Class 5 - 270 CY Bituminous Mixture - 260 TN 14x10 Precast Concrete Box Culvert - 100 LF Silt Fence - 2,400 LF Seeding - 0.4 AC TYPE OF WORK: Grading, bituminous trail and bridge #R1011 Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of the City of Faribault for at least 5% of the total bid amount. This Project has a Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) goal. See the DBE Special Provisions for requirements. Construction Start Date: 01/07/2025 Construction End Date: 31/12/2025 The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities.
