See the DBE Special Provisions for requirements. Each bid must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond made in favor of Rice County in the amount of at least 5% of the bid price. A Performance Bond payable to Rice County, in the full amount of the bid shall be furnished by the successful bidder. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids without question or to waive defects.
