The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from various candidate organizations, conduct a fair and extensive evaluation based on criteria listed herein, and select the candidate who provides the best price and fastest service. Project Description: The City of Palacios is seeking a company that can commit to having workers available to complete the project within 3 months. Evaluation of proposals will be conducted by Friday, May 9, 2025. If additional information or discussions are needed with any bidders during this timeframe, the bidder(s) will be notified. The selection decision for the winning bidder will be made by City Council approximately Thursday, May 22, 2025. Upon notification, the contract negotiation with the winning bidder will begin immediately. Contract negotiations will be completed by Monday, May 26, 2025. Notifications to bidders who were not selected will be completed by Friday, May 30, 2025.
