The successful Bidder will be required to post a 100% Payment and Performance Bond Quotes must be firm for a minimum of 120 days from date of submission The Town of Westerly/Westerly Schools reserves the right to reject any/all bids, waive any informalities in the bids received and to accept and award the bid to the lowest evaluated bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town/School.
