Reference Number 0000291608 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/25 12:00:00 PM CDT The Government of Manitoba, as represented by Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure (MTI) invites bidders to submit a Form of Offer for Performance Graded Asphalt Cement (PGAC) testing services. The term of the Agreement is anticipated to be for an initial period of twelve (12) months. As agreed to by the Service Provider and Manitoba, subject to available appropriation, satisfactory performance and the need for an extension of the Work, Manitoba reserves the right to extend the Agreement for an additional period of twelve (12) months, for a total term of up to twenty four (24) months. Anticipated Commencement of Services May 9, 2025 Term: 2025/05/09 01:00:00 PM EDT - 2026/05/09 01:00:00 PM EDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
