Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Redevelopment of an existing exterior courtyard at Actionmarguerite, at 185 Rue Despins in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Supply and installation of site development including: C.I.P. concrete seat walls, sidewalks; shade structures, fences, site drainage; electrical works, site furnishings and soft landscaping on the grounds of the Actionmarguerite Saint Boniface Courtyard in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Contractor shall provide a 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Materials Bond of the total contract price. The Work under this Contract may commence on May 12th, 2025. The Work under this Contract shall be substantially performed by October 30th, 2025. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Owner in its sole and unfettered discretion.
