D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Excavation and site grading; (b) Timber edging and retaining wall; (c) Play equipment and swings; (d) Engineered wood fibre safety surfacing and subsurface drainage; (e) Concrete pathway; (f) Granular pathway; (g) Site furniture; and (h) Soil and sod. A performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price Labour and material payment bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price. The Award Authority may reject all or any part of any Proposal, or waive technical requirements or minor informalities or irregularities if the interests of the City so require.
