Reference Number 0000292046 The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, requests Quotes from qualified Proponents meeting the requirements contained in this Request for Quotes (RFQ) to: Conduct a multibeam sonar survey of the Assiniboine riverbed and a floodplain LiDAR survey (minimum of 100 meters from each bank) to capture detailed topographic and bathymetric data for hydraulic modeling. Perform survey of bridge crossings, including the collection of structural data (e.g., deck elevation, underside girder elevation, number of spans, pier width & pier location and size) to assess potential impacts on hydraulic modelling. The term of this Agreement starts on the date it is signed by the last party and shall continue in full force and effect until March 31, 2026, subject to its earlier termination in accordance with Section 17.00 of this Agreement. Manitoba, in its entire discretion, may accept or reject all or part of a Quote. Manitoba is under no obligation to accept any Quote or to select the Quote offering the lowest price for the Work.
