Reference Number 0000291902 Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive proposals for a three-year outline agreement for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF RECLOSERS. The Contractor agrees to supply the Purchaser with Goods as and when required, as described below in accordance with the Contract Documents, which may include any of the following: ITEM 1: Single-Phase Recloser Cutout Mounted 25kV 200A ITEM 2: Single-Phase Recloser Cutout Mounted 25kV 100A 2A2KP ITEM 3: Single-Phase Recloser Cutout Mounted 25kV 140A 2A2E ITEM 4: Single-Phase Recloser Cutout Mounted 25kV 80A 2A2KP ITEM 5: Single-Phase Recloser Cutout Mounted 25kV 60A 2A2E Term: 2025/06/01 01:00:00 AM EDT - 2028/05/31 01:00:00 AM EDT Manitoba Hydro intends to contract with one (1) or more contractors for an outline agreement(s) to supply cutout mounted circuit reclosers on an as-needed basis by way of Release Purchase Orders (RPO). The duration of the contract will be for a three (3) year term. Manitoba Hydro reserves the right, and the Proponent acknowledges that Manitoba Hydro has the right, to reject any, or all, Proposals, or to select, negotiate or accept any Proposal which Manitoba Hydro in its sole unfettered discretion deems advantageous to itself with no resulting liability to any Proponent.
