E.C. Glass High School: The following scope of work is intended to address the building enclosure construction deficiencies and water intrusion located within E. C. Glass High School building. These issues were documented during visual observation, field testing, and destructive and non-destructive testing to ascertain the reported leaks within the building performed by Salas O'Brien design team. The investigation revealed several deficiencies with various building enclosure components and systems. The building enclosure construction generally consists of window assembly, masonry CMU units, stucco, TPO roofing assembly, and various transition/details. Based on the recommendations documented within the investigation report, the scope of work proposed to be performed for this project is included in the construction documents. R.S. Payne Elementary School: The following scope of work is intended to address the building enclosure construction deficiencies and water intrusion located within R. S. Payne Elementary School building. These issues were documented during visual observation, field testing, and destructive and nondestructive testing to ascertain the reported leaks within the building performed by Salas O'Brien design team. The investigation revealed several deficiencies with various building enclosure components and systems. The building enclosure construction generally consists of window assembly, masonry CMU units, stucco, TPO roofing assembly, and various transition/details. Based on the recommendations documented within the investigation report, the scope of work proposed to be performed for this project is included in the construction documents.
