Site work for a civil project in Sperryville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Rappahannock County Water and Sewer Authority (RCWSA) is requesting proposals for a single responsible entity, subject to the specifications and conditions contained herein, for manufacturing, delivering, and erecting a 81,000 gallon multi-compartment precast post-tensioned concrete tank partitioned with 73,000 gallons of EQ volume and 7,900 gallons of sludge holding volume with appurtenances at the Sperryville WWTP in Sperryville VA. Any changes to the RFP will be in the form of written addendum and posted. Procedural questions should be submitted to the Bonnie Jewell (bljewell@rappahannockcountyva.gov). Technical Questions should be submitted by email to Rob Mangrum (rob@mangrumconsulting.com) and answered by addendum as appropriate. RCWSA reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any proposal, waive informalities and award the Contract to best serve the interest of RCWSA.
