All mulch is to remain on-site; the contractor is responsible for creating a new, neatly contained pile at a designated located next to the yard waste pile. Question Submission Deadline: May 6, 2025, 5:00pm Question Response Deadline: May 7, 2025, 5:00pm Period of Contract: Contract shall run for a 6 months, effective May 1, 2025-November 1, 2025, with no option to renew. No option of renewal In submitting this bid, the bidder understands and acknowledges that the right is reserved by the City of Florissant to reject any and all bids.
