Closing Time: 12:00 PM (NT) Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/30 12:00:00 PM NDT 1 Provide all labour, materials, equipment, superintendence, temporary facilities, and administration necessary to perform the Work outlined below and described in greater detail in this specification. 2 All work in this project is to be completed in accordance with all related NL Housing specifications and Occupational Health and Safety requirements. If you require a copy of our specifications please contact the NL Housing representative. .3 Contractor responsible to verify all measurements on site, and provide NL Housing with shop drawings prior to start of work. The NL Housing representative is to be contacted with any discrepancies prior to proceeding with the Work. 4 All measurements and quantities in scope/drawings as estimated and for bidding purposes only. 5 Contractor to ensure all work is completed in accordance with the current edition of the National Building Code, Electrical Code, and Plumbing Code of Canada. .6 Contractor to provide NL Housing with a copy of all permits required and Certificates of Inspections prior to release of payments of the contract. .7 Note: Units are occupied & work must be coordinated with tenants. A security deposit of ten percent (10%) of the Request for Quotation price, excluding the Harmonized Sales Tax, is required for a Bid Security and must be in the form of a Certified Cheque or bid bond. Commercial General Liability Insurance: Without restricting the generality of Section 5 - Indemnity hereof, the Contractor shall maintain, at its expense, Commercial General Liability Insurance acceptable to NLHC to protect NLHC against all liabilities or damages in respect of injuries to persons (including injuries resulting in death) in the minimum amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000) with respect to the operations of the Contractor and/or its Sub-Contractors and in respect of damages to property arising out of performance of the Work. This insurance shall include NLHC and the occupant of the property as Additional Insured. The Contractor shall not commence any work until a Certificate of Insurance, obtained at the Contractor's expense, has been received and approved by NLHC as specified herein.
