PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project consists of construction of an approximate 600 square foot patio addition with deck above, renovation of an approximate 700 square foot area, buildout of an approximate 11,000 square foot "white box" basement level with supporting MEP systems, the addition of an elevator, the addition of a new secondary water service and sprinkler system in the basement level, and exterior landscape upgrades.
