Limit :24TH Avenue TO USH 12/16/Exit 85 The pavement needs treatment to extend its service life. Perpetuation project to resurface the pavement of IH 90 from 0.2 miles west of 24th Avenue, where Project 1016-06-79 ended to B-29-18 and B-29-19, where Project 1014-00-75 begins in Juneau County. The interchange at Exit 79 (Lyndon Station) is included. Design base patch for the existing concrete pavement as needed. Overlay with 4 inches of asphaltic pavement. Update beam guard to current standards. Adjust /replace cable guard as needed due to grade change attributed to the overlay. Some minor slope grading may be required for beam guard replacements and cable guard replacements. Replace Type 1 (large green) signs, place a High Friction Surface Treatment on the two curves just north of exit 85, culvert lining, repairs, and clearing and grubbing. Structure B-29-21 will receive clean and paint girder ends at substructures, repair CS3 spall, repair wide crack at S abutment at west end, repair asphalt drainage flume at SE corner, replace object marker at SE corner. Structure B-29-23 will receive Joint repair/replacement at both abutments, repair spalls and delamination at deck near N and S abutments, clean and paint girder ends and areas of joint repair, repair CS3 spalls and deteriorated abutment backwalls, locations at S abutment in the majority of the main body), epoxy fill cracks at N and S abutments, repair spalls at pier, spalls at both ends of P2), epoxy repairs, remove existing concrete jackets at pier columns and replace with FRP jackets Anticipated Construction Cost: $17,000,000-$19,999,999 The Method of Contractor Selection Has Not Been Determined at This Time.
