Asphalt Wedging, Chip Seal, Crack Filling, Cross-Crack Filling, and Dip Filling on various town roads. Work includes hot mix asphalt wedging per ton costs, all road preparation including pothole patching, additional costs for materials and equipment, shouldering if necessary, single and double sealcoat applications over hard surfaces, cost per mile by 20 feet width, specifying liquid asphalt, cover aggregate per ton, road preparation for seal coat, and any substitutions. Crack filling work includes cross-crack and dip filling, cost per pound of material, additional costs for materials, equipment, saw cuts at joints for cross-crack repair, and any necessary costs to complete the job. All work must be completed by September 1, 2026. Bids must include a certificate of liability and workers compensation insurance, be marked as specified, and use the provided Road Project Spec Sheets (contractor packet). The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any bids as deemed most advantageous.
