Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mauston, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Asphalt wedging, chip seal, crack filling, cross-crack filling, and dip filling on various town roads. The scope includes hot mix asphalt wedging per ton costs, all road preparation work (including pothole patching), additional costs for material/equipment and any other necessary costs, and shouldering if needed. For seal coat: single or double sealcoat application over a hard surface, with cost per mile (20 feet width), specification of liquid asphalt, cover aggregate (3/8-inch washed grey or black granite chip) per ton, all prep work (pothole patching, rolling, and other necessary work). For crack filling (including cross-crack and dip fill): cost per pound of fill material, any additional costs (material/equipment, saw cuts for cross-crack repair) and necessary work. Any substitutions must be listed. All work must be completed by September 1, 2026. Contractors must include certificate of liability and workers compensation insurance with the bid, and use the Road Project Spec Sheets (contractor packet) for their bid. Mark envelope "Sealed Bid2-2026 Roads" and specify project name and type of work.
