Renovation of a medical facility in Mauston, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The work consists of providing all necessary labor, materials, and electrical support to demolish the existing Fire Alarm system and install a new addressable Fire Alarm system at Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Facility. Only bidders certified by the Department of Administration as qualified and responsible in the ELECTRICAL division of work may bid. All work will be awarded to a single trade ELECTRICAL contractor, and bidders must submit a single base bid for all work. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the bid must accompany each bid. Bids must be submitted as PDF files with original wet signatures or properly transmitted electronic signatures via the eBuilder Bidding Portal (preferred), by mail, or hand delivery to the specified address. Contractors must be certified before submitting bids, and are responsible for timely delivery of bids to the indicated location or portal. Drawings, specifications, and addenda are available only as downloadable electronic files. Bidding documents are available online immediately after the project is advertised for bid. Contract offer and construction phase records will be processed electronically.
