**As of July 21, 2025, the project was awarded to BDI Marine Contractors LLC, with an awarded amount of $1,624,864.57.* Espanola Baffle Box Installation of a third-generation baffle box along with its driveway and restoration of the existing site. The work includes furnishing all material, labor, and equipment necessary for constructing Espanola Baffle Box. All work is to be done in accordance to the plans and specifications of Project No. 20120. This project is funded by state or federal funds The Contractor shall not subcontract more than 50% of the work based on the total contract price. Applicant may not utilize subcontractors for the role of project manager. The successful bidder shall be a FDOT prequalified Drainage Contractor and a licensed General Contractor or Underground Utility Contractor. Contractor, or its sub-contractor(s), shall possess and maintain during the term of this Agreement one of the following licenses and/or certifications: 1. Florida Registered or Certified General Contractor 2. Florida Registered or Certified Underground Utilities Contractor 3.
