Public Works Roof Replacement Copies of the Specifications, Drawings, Instructions to Bidders, Forms of Proposals and other contract documents are on file at the office of the Public Works Director of the City of Beachwood. These documents may only be obtained through the office of Perspectus Architecture by emailing Scott Sturm at ssturm@perspectus.com and requesting a digital copy. Digital documents will be provided free of charge. No hard copies will be provided. Pre-Bid Meeting 01/21/2026 at 9:00 AM ET Questions during bidding must be submitted in writing no later than , January 26 th , 2026 at 4:00 PM EST via email to: Scott Sturm: ssturm@perspectus.com Email Subject Line: Public Works Roof Replacement Bid Question No Phone Calls. Last Day to receive RFIs Friday, January 23rd at 4:00 pm The City of Beachwood reserves the right to consider criteria other than price, to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality in the bids received. SCOPE OF WORK Work required for this project will be as indicated in the Contract Documents including Specifications and Drawings, including all addendums issued during bidding. The project consists of the complete tear-off and roof replacement of approximately 150,000 SF of existing roof on the existing Public Works Department facility broken down into 3 areas or phases as indicated on the construction documents.
