Work shall consist of constructing improvements at 1 West Main and 2 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania. Improvements shall include but are not limited to, the installation of a new water service, stormwater conveyance facilities, concrete walkways, brick pavers, granite pavers, signage, bus shelter and landscaping. Work within West Main Street (SR 0641) and North Market Street (SR 0114) shall include installing new concrete curb, reconstructing four ADA ramps, removal of an existing crosswalk, a 1.5-inch mill and overlay, the installation of new thermoplastic crosswalk, installation of light fixtures, overhead lighting and relocation of crosswalk pedestrian push buttons.
