Grantham Park Pond Restoration Question Deadline 05/09/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Location online portal. The Commissioners of Upper Allen Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Upper Allen Township. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Upper Allen Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project is one hundred fifty (150) calendar days. Upper Allen Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
