ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE RANGE: Between $3,000,000 and 3,500,000. This Project generally includes paving the existing parking lot, curb and gutters, sidewalks, landscaping, seawalk extension, and lighting and electrical updates and all related work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
