o STEP 4A: Replacement of existing sanitary sewer with new 36-inch gravity sewer from manhole 15-17 to 15-14 o 700 feet of watermain installation along Libertyville Road, west of Kingwood Court Secondary work which many occur: o STEP 4B-1: Replacement of sanitary sewer from manhole 15-14 to 12-5 o STEP 4B-2: Replacement of sanitary sewer from manhole 14-4 to 11-5 o Rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer main within sewer drainage areas 11, 14, 15, and 16 o 1,500 feet of watermain installation along Libertyville Road, east of 32nd Street. As of October 31, 2025, the project is in preliminary design stage. The construction document completion timeline has not been disclosed. Construction is slated to begin in 2026. However, the firm timeline has not been released.
