Site work and renovation of a civil project in Palm Bay, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Solicitation have been rejected South Regional Water Treatment Plant (SRWTP) Expansion Production Well SRO-5. The work shall be constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of the facilities consisting of, but not limited to, the following Construction of one 24-inch production well with a total casing length of approximately 320 feet and a total depth of 850 feet including surface casing, well casing, open hole, grout, development, water quality testing, plumbness and alignment testing, disinfection, well flange, and concrete pad. A series of geophysical logs and a video log will be performed on the water supply well after completion. A step-drawdown test shall be conducted on the water supply well in order to show proper development. An 8-hour constant rate discharge test shall be performed on well SRO-5 to determine the relative productivity of the Floridan aquifer in the area.
