We are soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the construction of a new garage with finished interior space and an adjacent park office. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all Labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the scope of work as outlined below. Project Scope A. Structures to be Built: - Main Garage: 32' x 32' with a 32' x 12' with 2x6 construction and a finished space containing: Bathroom Laundry/Mudroom Office - Park Office: Separate 12' x 16' stand-alone structure B. Contractor Responsibilities: 1. Concrete Work o Excavation and footings o Foundation walls and concrete floor (with foam insulation) o 26' x 24' driveway apron o Sidewalk behind the park office o Backfilling after foundation work is completed 2. Plumbing o Installation of all rough-in and finish plumbing for: o Bathroom (toilet, vanity, faucet, exhaust fan) o Laundry area 3.
