The Work consists of: Supplying operated construction equipment and furnishing labor and materials to implement routine maintenance repairs and upgrades to flood protection facilities on as needed or emergency basis. 5. CONTRACT TIME. Three (3) years starting July 1, 2025, with an option to extend for an additional two (2) years. 6. REQUIRED CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE(S). Current and valid California Licenses and Permits to perform the scope of work in this Request for Quote. 7. PREVAILING WAGE LAWS. The successful Bidder must comply with all prevailing wage laws applicable to the Project, and related requirements contained in the Contract Documents. 8. INSTRUCTIONS. Bidders are solely responsible for the cost of preparing their Bids. 12. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS. District specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, or re-bid, or to waive inconsequential deviations from Bid requirements not involving time, price, or quality of the Work
