The Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District Acting by and Through Its Zone 7 Water Agency ("District") Hereby Gives Notice That It Will Accept Bids for Request for Quote No. 2025-086 as-needed Fence Repair and Installation The Work consists of: Providing installation and repair services of gates and fences on Flood control facilities and other Zone 7 properties. CONTRACT TIME. Three (3) years starting July 1, 2025, with an option to extend for an additional two (2) years. CONTACT INFORMATION. Current and valid California Licenses and Permits to perform installation and repair of gates and fences. PREVAILING WAGE LAWS. The successful Bidder must comply with all prevailing wage laws applicable to the Project, and related requirements contained in the Contract Documents. For complete provisions, requirements, specifications, and deadlines, Bidders shall refer to RFQ# 2025-086 posted online. Bidders are solely responsible for the cost of preparing their Bids. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS. District specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, or re-bid, or to waive inconsequential deviations from Bid requirements not involving time, price, or quality of the Work.
