The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Parking Lot Steam Cleaning Services. Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP), the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide semi-annually Parking Lot Steam Cleaning Services at Livermore Platform Scales (PS) Eastbound and Westbound in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. License Requirement: Local city or county business license, C61/D38 - Sand and Water Blasting Contractor. The services shall be performed at: Livermore PS Eastbound Highway 580 Livermore, CA 94551 Livermore PS Westbound Highway 580 Livermore, CA 94551 All work shall be performed during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless permission is granted by the Facility Supervisor. Contractor shall check-in with the Facility Supervisor/designee upon each service call to provide verification the service has been provided to the satisfaction of the Facility Supervisor/designee. The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028. Question Deadline 05/08/2025 at 10:00 AM PT Bidders shall immediately notify CHP if clarification is needed regarding the services sought or questions arise about the IFB and/or its accompanying materials, instructions, or requirements. Following the question submission deadline, the CHP will post a summary response of the questions and answers to be viewed online.
