Site work and paving for a road / highway in Estelline, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
All bids must include 2 inch and 3 inch overlay for each separate street section. SPECIFICATIONS: Asphalt Matt approximately 8,063 Sq.Yds Removal and Subgrade prep also to be bid. Two patching areas approximately 90 Sq. Yds. Map of proposed streets available upon request. (1 block on 4th St. S., 1 block on Arthur Ave., 2 blocks on 7th St. S., and 2 blocks on Eastwood Drive.) Contractor to give time frame of project. Start no sooner than May 21, 2025. Completion date to be no later than September 30, 2025. Each bid shall contain a certified check or cashiers check for five percent of the amount of the bid. In lieu of a check, a ten percent bid bond may be enclosed. The Estelline City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any defects therein. It is the policy of the City of Estelline not to discriminate against the handicapped in employment or provisions of service.
