Contract for furnishing Waste Disposal Services for the Department of Military Affairs (DMA), various locations, to include container rental, trash/garbage hauling and disposal, as requested in accordance with provisions set forth for a period beginning July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026. The State of Louisiana intends to award all items for an initial period, not to exceed 12 months. Delays in awarding, beyond the anticipated starting date, may result in a change in the contract period. If the situation occurs, an award may be made for less than 12 months. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be extended for two additional 12 month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time may not exceed 36 months.
