Supplier to provide the following: Two inspections per year. All first inspections to be scheduled in the first quarter of the fiscal year, July through September, and the second inspections to be scheduled in the third quarter of the fiscal year, January through March. The first and second inspections must include all cylinders to be tested for gross and net container weight, to obtain agent weight. The first inspections must include fire alarm and detection systems. If means other than weighing is used, the means must be listed to conform to NFPA standards. All hoses require Hydro-Static Test(s) per NFPA. Buildings included in contract are: 1. Hill Memorial Library 2. Agricultural Chemistry 3. Frey Computer Center 4. Nicholson Hall 5. Moran Athletic Administration 6. David Boyd Hall 7. Digital Media Written inquiries must be received in the Procurement Office no later than 4:30 pm CST four (4) business days prior to the opening of bids, and shall be clearly cross referenced to the relevant solicitation/specification in question
