Victor Elementary School District ("District") will receive sealed bids for the award of a contract for: Flooring - Multiple Sites It is the sole responsibility of the Vendor submitting the bid to ensure that it is received by the District prior to the deadline time and due time and at the proper location. Unless this bid is extended by a written addendum, Bids received after the due date, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Only bids submitted on District forms and in accordance with the instructions in this package will be accepted. Each bid must conform and be responsive to this notice and all other documents comprising the contract documents. All interested parties may obtain additional information by contacting Ashley Pele, Purchasing Manager at apele@vesd.net. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 2:00 p.m. on April 29, 2025. All forms must be completed, signed, and returned with the bid. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for the receipt of bids. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any one or more items of a bid, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding process. Sealed bids will be received at Victor Elementary School District, 12219 Second Avenue, Victorville, CA 92395 and shall contain one (3) original copies. This package must be clearly labelled "Bid # 25-004 Flooring - Multiple Sites" and include the legal name, address, Vendors contract person, and a telephone number on the outside of the package. Bids shall be delivered to the attention of Ashley Pele, Purchasing Manager, Victor Elementary School District. Bids will be opened at the time and place scheduled in the Notice to Bidders.
