The City of Victorville is seeking the services of a draftsman or design professional to provide detailed drawings for three (3) restroom upgrades at The Victorville Senior Citizen's Club. Engineering is not required. Plans must include a written scope of work, drawings, and details for all required accessibility features for public use restrooms per 2022 California Building Code Chapter 11B scoping and technical requirements. Include dimensioned floor plans and elevations for all restrooms. One multi-user men's restroom, one multiuser women's restroom, and one unisex restroom. Upon completion, plans will become the property of The City of Victorville.
