The Project consists of constructing new PVC water supply and skimmer drain piping around the perimeter of the swimming pool along with the removal and replacement of new concrete pavement. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Work under the proposed Project Contract shall be completed within number of working days stipulated in the Agreement for Construction Contract. The anticipated start date for the work is on or about May 26, 2025, subject to change. No pre-bid conference will be held.
