Site work for a water / sewer project in Valley, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of replacing six lift station pumps and reconstructing one lift station in its entirety. Bids will be received for two prime contracts and shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Work under the proposed project contract shall be commenced within ten calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed, and the work shall be substantially completed on or before August 15, 2026, and completed by September 1, 2026, subject to any extension of time which may be granted by the Owner. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the documents and requirements provided, and bid security must be furnished in accordance with the instructions to bidders. No bidder shall withdraw their bid within 30 days after the actual date of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Owner. Bidding documents are available for a non-refundable fee for digital copies, or a refundable deposit plus shipping for printed sets, obtainable from the designated issuing office. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
