Site work and new construction of a civil project in Valley, Nebraska. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing 7,300 LF of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer, services 9,800 LF of PVC Water Main, 2,250 LF of 15-inch to 72-inch RCP Storm Sewer, dewatering, bore & jack, and various other miscellaneous appurtenances. Work under the proposed Project Contract shall be commenced within ten calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. The work shall be substantially completed on or before September 1, 2026, and completed by December 1, 2026. No pre-bid conference will be held. Question Deadline 04/30/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
