The existing ramp and handrail is to be demolished and all debris hauled off. Rework base under demoed slab. Install new concrete ramp. Pin new slab into existing foundations. Provide and Install new replacement Handrail. Contractor is responsible for all permits required by the City or County. Please provide equipment lead times.
