Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 2,300-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Architectural Firm is needed to provide engineering and design services and construction oversight for the construction of a new building totaling approximately 2,300 square feet. The facility will have garage doors on each end, to allow for trucks to pull into and through the building. The building will have electrical, mechanical, and minimal plumbing. Paving will be extended to connect this building with the newly constructed CDL Instructional Training Facility and Driver's Training Pad. The building will be used by the College's Truck Driving program, as well as driver training for the College's Fire, BLET, EMS, and Electric Line Construction programs. Office of State Budget Management (OSMB) administered 2023 State Capital Improvement Infrastructure Funds (SCIF). In order to offer architectural, engineering, or landscape architectural services in response to this solicitation, the proposing firm must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina.
