The City of Destin, Florida, is currently receiving sealed competitive Bids for the completion of all site work associated with the construction, a concrete slab, structure and roof of the batting cage, flooring, and netting to include providing electrical power from existing electrical box and lighting as shown in the plans and specifications. The site work shall include repair of existing concrete, minor grading, irrigation modification, and sodding. The contractor must have the ability to obtain city permits required to complete this project. Other deliverables will include a foundation survey and a final as built survey and the maintenance/warranty paperwork. When deemed to be in the City's best interest: 1. The city reserves the right to reject any and all submittals or portions thereof., 2. to waive minor defects and informalities in the process. 3. to accept the Bid(s). 4. Take any other action.
