This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and no other written solicitation will be issued. Instructions to offerors, (FAR Part 36) evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. This is a small business set aside, the applicable NAICS code is 238910 and the small business size standard is 19.0M. This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract awarded to the offeror with the Lowest Price. Offerors must be actively registered in System for Award Management - https://www.sam.gov. This solicitation will be evaluated by the following criteria: The Government will award a contract resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ) to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ is the Lowest Price quote and Best Value. The lowest price quote will be evaluated on technical acceptability. If it is found to be acceptable, an award will be made. If it is found to be unacceptable, the next lowest price will be evaluated. This process will continue until a technically acceptable offer is identified; not all offers will be evaluated. The U.S. Coast Guard Contractor shall perform comprehensive repairs and maintenance on station buildings, equipment, and structures at United States Coast Guard Station Destin, ensuring efficient system operation and complete facility maintenance.
