The City of Hutto, Texas (herein after referred to as the OWNER) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced and qualified architectural firms or teams ("RESPONDENTS") to provide comprehensive architectural services for the design and construction of the City's new Public Works Service Center ("the PROJECT"). The scope of services will include full architectural design, preparation of construction documents, support during the bidding process, and construction administration. The selected firm will act as the lead design consultant throughout all phases of the project. The deadline to ask questions is 5/15/2025 5:00 PM CST The City will not reimburse the responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing SOQ submittals, clarification of a response, and/or oral presentations which may be, at its discretion, required by the City. During the evaluation process, the City reserves the right, where it may serve the City's best interest, to request additional information or clarifications from firms, or to allow corrections of errors or omissions. At the discretion of the City, firms submitting submittals may be requested to make oral presentations as part of the evaluation process. The City reserves the right to negotiate all elements of the submittal to ensure that the best possible consideration is afforded to all. The City also reserves the right to retain all submittals submitted and to use any ideas in a submittal regardless of whether that submittal is selected. Submission of a submittal indicates acceptance by the firm of the conditions contained in this request for submittal, unless clearly and specifically noted in the submittal submitted and confirmed in the contract between the City and the firm selected.
